DIEGO - MANTIS . CZ guarantees live delivery if you sign for the package. In case of death, we will providing discounts (price of a dead animal) for future purchase. In case of ooths (not hatching, becease can not affect your breeding conditions) may provide any compensation. For a dead mantis at our disgression, we ask that in the event a mantis arrives dead that you send a picture of it when emailing us. Carrier delays or mistakes in the handling of your shipment must be handled between you and the carrier.
Live shipments, ship only on Mondays, other days per request only! This is to ensure a live mantis does not get left somewhere over the weekends. No shipments of live mantis go out in extreme weather (to hot or to cold).

Czech post : Express insulated packed + heatpack + track number (2-3days for EU, 5-7days for Worldwide) 32€
